Staff development programme

1.  Training junior staff within the department:
   (a) Teaching learning strategies
   (b) Microscopic study on histology slides
   (c) Maintenance of microscopes
   (d) Stock taking, registration, and maintaining the overall departmental facilities
   (e) Responsibility for office works and security.
2. Computer and electronic Teaching/Learning media training.
3. Participating in the workshops held by the Medical Education Unit of the University of Medicine, Mandalay
